Service with Compassion and Intention
In line with its holistic health vision, the Club regularly organizes yoga camps and awareness sessions to instill self-discipline, mindfulness, and preventive healthcare. A key highlight is the annual celebration of International Yoga Day on 21st June (such as at Gulmohar Park), conducting large-scale sessions led by experienced instructors featuring asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and health talks. These sessions educate participants on managing lifestyle disorders, enhancing immunity, and promoting mental clarity, inspired by the timeless wisdom of India's yogic tradition.
